SELICO Return & Exchange Policy (Fashion & Clothing)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SELICO purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or return under the following conditions:
Conditions for Return/Exchange:
- Time Limit: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Product State: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, intimate wear, socks, or certain clearance/sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:

- Our team will guide you on how to ship the product back to our Dhaka office.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund.
Please note: Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are typically borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
